How to divide profit if I am the investor

Lisa Neumann
Posted

I plan on purchasing a home based on the land value. Which is $80,000. I have someone else that would like to invest with me. But their money is tied up right now. They found this deal. I would be supplying the purchase price and the repair cost of this home   Once everything has been completed I need my purchase price back and repair costs back. So how exactly do I do a deal to include these guys when they will be doing all the work. And they are serious investors   So no need to worry that they will not do any work. A few other questions I have is do I keep my name on the title entirely or do I add theirs, even though they have zero invested. All they will have invested is their time and energy. But no monies.  The house when finished should sell for approximately 325,000
