How did you create you DM list

I want to start scaling into direct mail marketing in the Cincinnati market, specifically properties with units of 5-50 with 90% or more in equity. How would you go about finding these properties to mail to? What resources do you use?

Hey Sean,

There are some great folks here on BP and other places that have direct mail services who can also help with lists...

I'd check out listsource, property shark and click2mail just to name a few...

Also, use search bar here on BP and see what others have suggested in the past... many people have had the same question...

Best of luck to you!
