Need a Wholesale Website geared towards sellers- recommendations?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to have a website created for my wholesaling business that is geared towards sellers. The website should have a lead capture form, and look modern and professional. It will be included on my yellow letters / post cards / etc.

I will also need a website eventually to showcase my deals to buyers. 

Does anybody have any recommendations? I hate the idea of monthly payments and would rather pay $$ up front and own a website, although if monthly payment type solutions are the best than I would do it.
