No Cash Marketing Help!

Hello BP,

Any advice on how to get leads with no cash for marketing?? What is the best way to hustle for deals when there is no money for marketing? I have learned wholesaling for rehabs and rentals.

I went through a bankruptcy, so I am starting all over again. I have seen different post about this topic in BP, but a lot of these marketing strategies do need some cash to invest in marketing, letters, postcards, etc.

I have access to MLS, TLO and other tools, so as far analyzing a deal or trying to work the deal, I'm sure I can do it.

Just need to some advice on what you guys are doing when no cash is available.
