Hello Floridians and Fellow Investors, I have been researching in real estate for quite a while and want to begin creating a solid team. Who are the essential people that need to be involved on my first flip? Do y’all encourage looking into foreclosures and short sales? Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated!!
