USPS EDDM Specifications

Hello everybody.

I'm new to the group, I found this site while searching for help with EDDM.

I am getting ready to create a design for my first EDDM mailing.  I am confused as to what needs to be on the  "post card."  Do I need to include something like "U.S. Postage Paid" or "Local Postal Customer."  I just have a basic account with the USPS and plan on doing about 500 mailers at a time (+/- depending on route).  I just want to make sure everything is on the card that need to be, before I have 1000's printed.
