Hello my name is Omar Albojermi. My wife and I have been married a little under two years and would like to get make our first real estate investment. I am a union welder/plumber and my wife is a registered nurse. We both work full time but would like to slowly work our way into the real estate world. We have been saving up and are looking to invest some money into a property that we could either fix up and flip for a profit or to rent out to a family. We have zero experience in real estate but have the drive to learn and hopefully make a wealthy living of it. We would really appreciate anyone who reached out with some experience on this matter and helped guide us through our first investment. Thanks guys!
