Duplex in Fairfield Neighborhood Milwaukee WI 53209

Hi All, I am an investor in Atlanta looking to invest in a duplex within the Fairfield neighborhood of Milwaukee WI 53209 and wanted to get thoughts on the neighborhood. Does anyone have some insight in this area? Based on some of my initial research it appears this neighborhood may be in the middle of a C maybe D neighborhood to the south and a B or C neighborhood to the north but wanted to run my thoughts by others more familiar with the area.
