Hey All,

I'm looking to buy a single family house for rental.

My budget is top $50K.

I'm wondering what is the best area there for me? (meaning- with schools, universities, and good class, not rough neighborhood).

Thank you all!

Lansing is tough because the neighborhood generally depends block by block.  I like the East side.  Anything a couple blocks south of Michigan ave and almost everything North of Michigan I like.  Feel free to PM me with any individual properties you are considering and I'd be happy to comment.
