My name is Samantha, and I will be returning to the Hampton Roads areas in October 2018. I currently live overseas serving in the USN. I will be heading back to Virginia Beach to visit my family, and I'm looking to get to meet up with some investors in the area. Personally I would like to invest in love multifamily. Starting with duplex and upgrading to an apartment. I an open minded to all real estate investment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)
