Online Marketing Ideas for Buying Undrevalued Homes

Has anybody had any success finding undervalued homes for sale using online marketing methods?

We have investors and Cash ready to go to purchase these homes, we are just finding properties for cheap enough to make it worth it.

I know I've seen online google ads for "We buy houses" and "Get Cash for your house in less than a week" and such, are these marketing efforts effective on the internet?

Anybody ever had any luck with online marketing to find distressed borrowers/ people who need to sell fast?
