Product/Provider Question - Mailing Service w/Specific Abilities

Hi Everyone. Somewhere in my searches I remember seeing a provider for direct mail that would sent out "soft offer" contracts with the mailings that were customized based on the info uploaded through the list information. One of my clients (that I am helping while I am building) is looking for the service, but I can't find it anywhere now. Does anyone know of one like I am referring to?
