Having trouble getting ahold of tax delinquent list NC

Hi BP,

I am looking to find a list of all tax delinquent properties in Mecklenburg county in Charlotte, NC. I know they have a list online with thousands of Address/Names, however I am looking for a list to where I can sort by Vacant Land parcels.  I have called about 5 different times and spoke to about 5 different people and nobody seems to know what I am talking about! Has anyone had any experience with getting this?
