What are your digital marketing needs as a REI?

Hi, everyone.

As a full time digital marketer and aspiring real estate investor (currently reading Scott Trench's book, Set For Life) I'm trying to figure out what are the digital marketing needs of investors, if any.

My hope is to find a path where I can start getting involved in the real estate market before investing by offering my knowledge and skills to real estate investors or as an employee in a real estate investment firm.
