Realtor Investors: I have a Branding questions for you...

Looking for a little advice...

I'm a full-time Realtor working investment deals (flips and buy/hold) as my side hustle.  Why other Realtors aren't personally investing in real estate is a whole topic for discussion on its own, but my question today is this:

How have other Realtor Investors gone about branding their businesses?

In my limited research, I've mostly found Realtors branding themselves as agents only, with little mention of their personal involvement in the investment side of things.  I understand there can be "conflict of interest" issues when a licensed agent is advertising for deals, but I'm interested to see if anyone has had success branding themselves as Realtor Investors (or Realtor/Investors, Investor/Realtors, you get the idea...).

I'd love to hear success stories, horror stories, or any advice that you all may have.

Thanks in advance!

Marc
