NATE PAUK of World Capital Group

Hi real-estate community!

I ran across a guy named Nate Paul the other day and found out that he owns and operates a massive real-estate holding named World Capital Group. He is estimated at around ~1B$ (that's 2x as much as the real estate mogul Grant Cardone).

Does anyone know something more about him or has any insights that he gained from dealing/conversing with him or people around him?

I think we all want to distill some key takeaways, as to which degree and which parts of his success are "duplicatable" and what was it for him that moved the needle the most.

Cheers to'ya guys and gals!
