Yellow letters to Realtor owned properties
Hello,
I'm pretty new to the wholesaling business, after driving for dollars and identifying some properties, single family, duplex through fourplexes I look up the tax payer's name and address through our county tax assessment site, after compiling my list I discovered a couple of the property owners are currently licensed Real estate agents, have any of you ran into issues mailing to agents? waste of time? or worth rolling the dice?
Thank you in Advance
Dan from Oregon
