Marketing with business cards

Hello,

I am a new investor looking to start wholesaling in Massachusetts. I am in the process of getting business cards for marketing purposes now. I was wondering if there are any restrictions on where these cards can be placed. Specifically, can these cards be place on house doors/windows, cars, or mailboxes? Is it legal to place something to market your business on other people's property?

Just wanted to ask around before I get hit with a fine for doing so. Any specific information about laws/ regulations for Massachusetts is much appreciated, but of course anyone with any input at all is very much appreciated as well.

Thanks very much,

-Matt
