Need a little help with 3 Property Purchase
I am looking into making my first purchase. A guy I know is looking to unload three properties all in the same area. It is mostly an investor market, each home will be $22,000. He is willing to hold the financing on them all. I have started my plan, such as interest rate (7%), down payment (no more than 10%), the breakdown for him to see his potential earnings, etc. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on the best way to present it to him and also not leave anything out of the deal to protect me and him. Also are you able to purchase as a bundle or do each property individually. I plan on paying the taxes and insurance myself. Thanks in advance I really appreciate the help!
