Paying silent investor back

Hi All,

I just finished my first rehab property! I've gotten a few inquiries from friends and associates on getting in an my next flip. Let's say I get a hard money loan and use 2 investors, one to close and one for the rehab costs. I'm thinking that after selling I'd keep 50% of the profits for "sweat equity", and give the other 2 silent investors 25% each. Is this how you'd usually structure the profits payout?
