Hello, my fiance and I are coming to Austin on October 12-16.  We would like to setup some viewings the during the day of the 12th and possibly the morning of the 13th and 14th.  We need a realtor that is also an investor or works with investors to show us around some downtown and near the university properties.  We are looking to make a purchase in 2017, so less speculative and more serious prospects would be our aim.
