I have recently had brought to my attention that there is property that is willed to me.  The property is still in my grandmother's name who is now deceased.  The will was probated but I had no idea about it.  There is someone living in the property.  How do I go about have the property transferred over in my name and how do I find out who the people are that are living in the property?   Please advise if possible.   Thank you in advance for your assistance.
