Direct mail service recommendation?

Hello community!

What direct mail service do you use? Why?

I am looking for a company that provides:

- No minimum quantity on letters and postcards;

- Set it and forget it option (add mailing list to campaign that sends out monthly letters for a couple months and followed by monthly postcards)

- Charged only when the letters/postcards go out (not charged for the whole campaign and products that will be sent in the future)

Any suggestions?
