Advertising to wholesale before rehab?

Hi there,

I'm closing on a house this week, $235k PP, $130k repairs/addition, $530 ARV in 6-8 months and thought about advertising on Zillow for $289k to maybe make a quick profit through assignment or double close. Zestimate is $386k. The risk is that if I don't sell now, Zillow will show this listing and removal and could impact buyers when I list it later for $549k after rehab.

Has anybody done this and what success or impact has it had?

Thanks guys!!

Dan
