R.E marketing strategies & ideas suggestions (L.A)

Hi everyone, so my business is still in its baby stage. We've done a couple of marketing strategies such as magnetic bandit signs on our cars, direct mail to N.O.D's, and soon we will begin a door knocking / door hanger campaign to follow up our direct mail to N.O.D's. We've also done Facebook ad's (although seem to be ineffective so far. generated 30,000 views but only 3 "learn more" clicks. pathetic imo.) I would love and greatly appreciate hearing some suggestions regarding strategies that have brought results to you guys in your markets. I'm not just looking for strategies that will show immediate results (although that would be nice haha), but also strategies that will bring results over time. Sort of like a quality over quantity type of thing. I rather have less people ring me up but be serious about their home or situation rather than have more people ring me up and not be serious about doing business together. Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed. Appreciate you all!
