Business card help please

So I have been a realtor for 3 years now and my spouse and I have started a real estate investment company this year. We need business cards but are not sure if we should combine the two into one card. Or if we should keep my realtor card with my company and make a new card for the investment company and have two separate cards. We are buying a duplex to flip. In the future we would also like to buy and hold as well. We would like any input on what to include on our business cards! Would it be best to keep the business cards separate or combine them into one?
