Hi @Mario Gonzalez,

Welcome to BP!

House Hacking is going to take a Loan officer that is familiar with FHA, FNMA or Freddie Home Possible. Also, someone that owns multi family that can understand the objective.

Community Banks, Credit Unions or Regional Banks are a good place to start. Pricing is usually very competitive and there could be an opportunity for a present/future bank relationship as you financially model up with your real estate portfolio.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards.
