What marketing support do realtors and investors need?

Hi there!

I have a boutique marketing firm and I would love to focus in the real estate sector. What needs do you and other investors, realtors, brokers, etc have around marketing your business both online and offline? Do you outsource this or use paid professionals?

Thanks so much!

@Carrie Maultsby-Lute Online lead generation, hands down. The real estate industry is super slow to adapt to tech trends. Many agents are old fashion, so there's an opportunity there.

Carrie Maultsby-Lute I know I'd like to be able to (as an investor) just be able to get a nice PDF for investment property with pictures, a pro-forma and comps. Not that I'd take the pro-forma or anything as gospel but by at least it's *something*. At least it implies that the realtor is on-the-ball, has put together an investor-focused package, etc. At the moment, what I usually get is an MLS listing and maybe some rent rolls, maybe expenses, I have to look up property taxes, and I have the guesstimate insurance. There has to be a good reason why these things aren't done, maybe realtors wouldn't take the time to do them, but it would be great if I (as the investor/buyer) would receive one.
