Hey all! I am new to finding flips and have really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets site. I have been "driving for dollars" for a couple of weeks and sending out letters. I was wondering if anyone has done a magnetic car sign that attaches with ​an advertisement (i.e. Will Pay Cash for Homes/Phone number). Was wondering if a car advertisement is effective? Thanks!
