I'm really interested in finding a QI, attorney, financial advisor and just people in general that would be interested in 1031's. I'm preferably looking for a beach house for year round rental, or a lake house for year round rental. My property has a locked in lease until Feb 2019. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
