Hello! I'm working on creating a pitch book to outline the investment strategy of our commercial real estate syndication business. Does anyone have an example/sample of a disclaimer you would use at the beginning of the presentation document? I've found a few but they're for investments such as stocks/bonds/other types of securities. Thanks for any help!
