Direct Mail Campaign Ideas for Apartments
Hi folks!
In my local market we have a huge shortage of inventory for midsize to large multifamilies and everything that hits the MLS is overpriced and oftentimes still sells (even if its not a great deal). I'm looking to start a direct mailing campaign to find sellers for apartment buildings (6-100 units) in my local area. Maybe direct mail isn't the best means of doing this, but I'm looking for opinions on what tends to gain the most traction when you're mailing directly to apartment owners. Postcards? Letters? Or maybe something totally different.
Does anyone have example letters or suggestions on what to include in a mailer that gets traction?
Thanks in advance!
