How to handle owners of multiple properties in DM
I was wondering how you all handle DM lists that contain the same owner multiple times.
I want to send letters with text like "Hi John, I would like to buy your property at 123 Main St". How should I handle owners of multiple properties? I want to send them only one letter, but don't really just want to append the addresses. How do you do that?
