Need help on an 8 home deal
I have a private landlord that wants to package 8 homes to sell as 1 transaction. All of the homes have tenants and are in great shape. New roof, totally renovated, and have new furnace and hot water tanks. I have marketed these locally and have gotten low balled time and time again. Is there a way I can hook up with international investors? In Detroit there are a ton of dollars flowing in from overseas buyers. I just haven't been able to locate any as of yet.
Any help would be appreciated on how to market this deal...
Thanks in advance.
