How to connect with out of state investors

Hello Bigger Pocket Friends! I've come across a hurdle that I was hoping my fellow real estate lovers could help me jump over. I have a few properties under contract in Harvey, Louisiana and I'm trying to find end buyers but it's been a battle. Any advice on what tools or resources i can or should use to connect with out of state buyers?
