I would like to see a sample of successful letters sent to Divorcees and to Tired Landlords

I am getting lists targeting this market and would like get some feedback on a letter format that has received a great response rate.   And or perhaps team up together here in the Houston area.

Thank you and look forward to your response(s)

(recently moved to Houston from Seattle area)
