Can I Get In Contact With This Owner?
Hello!
I am working with an investor that focuses on assisted living facilities. If I see a property that is of interest and I want to contact the owner, what is the best way to get their contact information?
Are there any lists for ownership contact information for assisted living facilities in my area? Zip code 56560
Thank you appreciate any advice.

1. Google "GIS *your county*" (This will get you the tax record database)
2. Find the property and the owners name
3. Type the owners name along with the area code and a hyphen "Teddy Smith 910-"
4. Call the person.
If you can't find a number, send them a letter. Repeat both until someone tells you they're not interested or they want to sell!
You'll have to sign up for a paid service like Listsource or Prospectnow to get lists of commercial property like assisted living centers.
