PHONE NUMBERS ???????

What is the best way to find good phone numbers for property owners ...sometimes I get lucky and they have a land line still and it comes up on google but theres obv a bunch of sites asking for my credit card. Also what other contacting mehtods are worth. Im about to mail letters as I always have the address but when contacting  multi fams the owner donst live there.

Kyle Gendron You could look for old "For Rent" listings online (or drive by and see if there's a sign) and call whatever number is there. It might be to the owner or a PM. If it's a PM you can explain that you'd like to speak to the owner about selling their property.
