What do you do for creative marketing??

Hey fellow investors! My question for you guys today is what do you do for marketing with a small budget? I'm currently putting up 28 bandit signs per week and driving for dollars once a week for about and hour. Did you guys struggle with leadflow? If so what was the course of action that changed that? I'd love all of your feedback and ideas/strategies!!

When I did my driving, I did it an hour a day so I could get as much mail out as quickly as possible. I got out about 400 in my first month of driving and that lead to 6 deals. Do craigslist and facebook ads too. Do the FB ads in the local buy/sell house pages.
