Folder-inserter and envelope stamp printing machine recommended?

Any recommendation on a folder inserter machine or envelope stamp printing machine? I'm currently talking with Piney Bowes, but I wanted to see if there are cheaper better options for folder inserter and stamping envelopes. They have to self feed a lot more than just a handful, preferably a few hundred per round as we do a few thousand per run.
