Direct Mail Marketing campaign

So I just wanted to connect with someone who has a good idea and has had success with direct mail marketing for the strategy of wholesaling. I plan on going to the court house to get a list of divorces, bankruptcy, etc so I know who I need to send them out too for motivated sellers I would just like some advice and ideas on what the mail should consist of to get a higher call back percentage.
