How to attract Real Estate Portfolio Investors for LLC'S?

Several agents in the area have attracted Real Estate Portfolio managers for LLC'S. Wanted to know if there was a site or some type of online discussion group that I could join to attract these same type investors. Have been in the Foreclosure section for quite sometime (8 years) and want to get away from depending on someone else's misfortune to earn a living. Currently I am trained using the Equator and AMN systems used by most banks for their Foreclosure processing and dispersal of assets. Life long resident of the Charlotte NC area and would be a huge asset to most Investors. My business partner and I have closed as many as 100 homes in a year.
