How to find the Percentage of Equity from a list of addreses

Hi, 

I have my own list of address and I am looking for a vendor to help me to match the equity percentage for each of the records. I do actually have LeadSource.com account but I want to figure out how they are getting that info? Have you guys done the research on how to get that value?
