Investing in multi-family homes in New Jersey

Hi,

I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York and prices here are skyrocketing. I would like to know in which area in NJ would be recommended if I have a capital of $100k.  Looking for a multi-family house that will bring a monthly cash flow.

I would personally recommend Trenton NJ as a place to consider.  i am a full time investor in that market, so feel free to reach out to me with questions.

In a nut shell, Prices are low, Rents are strong, eviction os fair.
