Private Money Lenders

I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone knows of any private lenders that would like to invest some in the Palm Springs, CA area which is just a few hours away from Los Angeles. I'm going to use Conventional loan to cover 75% of the property and I'd like to find a private lender to cover the remaining, if not most of the cost. The property is in a great condition and there are currently tenants living and paying rent in there. I am looking to expand my network of lenders, and would like to discuss potential working relationships with anyone interested.
