Bird Dogs

Hey investors, I'm interested in branching out to bird dogs for help sourcing more leads. As far as I've heard just pay them $500 per deal closed. Now I have tried this before by posting Craigslist ads and was flooded with people hungry for money and ready to take action but none actually ever actually produced anything. Can you guys share your experiences with using bird dogs and the best ways to manage them. Thanks!

most people simply will not do what is needed to succeed  in this business. Bird dogs are no different. Then can work but you need to train them.
