Hi to all!! Just had a few questions on what type of property you bough first thn turned that property for rental property? Did you purchase a $100k home or less? Have you boughten a 2+ or 3+ condo and rented out the rooms for a lttle monthly income? How much money did you have before you purchased of your first property? How long should I wait to buy my own home?
