I need lending

Hi BP!! I have not been able to get approved for a conventional loan which I WANT, yet i have been approved for an FHA loan but the property i want doesn't allow FHA lending, maybe because the property is a townhouse but am looking for a conventional, can someone please help, I'm located in the Dallas Tx, area.
