Direct Mail to an LLC with an eviction
Greetings all!
I went driving for dollars and came across a property that had just evicted the tenants and some damage. Through research I found that it's owned by an out of state LLC (California). What do you recommend I say in the direct mail letters I will send them? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Find their number and call them. Direct mail is passive and it's frustrating to mail several times to find out later they sold to another investor. Find number, call, buy house, and frustrate the other investors.
