Scaling up Marketing to Meet Goals
Hello everyone,
I'm at a point where I'm trying to decide if I should go all-in on the marketing half to generate a ton of leads to always keep the phone ringing and appointment schedule full for my new team. I would like to send approximately 5000 postcards, but my current very-targeted absentee owner list gets me up to around 2000 or so. I need to find a way to fill in another 3000, but not sure with what mailing list. Even if I relax my criteria I get close to 3,000, but I don't want to add junk leads for the sake of meeting my mailing quota.
Ideas for other mailers I should try to meet my 5000 mailer goal? I want to mail to as many quality potential leads as possible.
owner occupants (10yr ownership, over 65, equity %, etc). Great list
Mortgage lates
Divorce/probate
Delinquent taxes
Hey Michael,
I don't think you should relax your criteria too much—otherwise, you'll get a bunch of junk leads like you're worrying about. And while @Adrien C. has some really good suggestions for potential mailing list additions, I would recommend increasing your mailing list by only 500 and simply mailing to those 2500 contacts twice as often. Afterall, repetition is crucial to the success of a direct mail campaign!
